About Jim Elliot
As a member of the Bonita Unified School District's Governing Board team, I remain deeply committed to serving first, last, and always as an advocate for all the children of our District. I am equally committed to working within the framework of the District's "Eight Areas of Focus" as the road-map for all that we do. I remain optimistic about the future and believe that together, we can build a legacy for our children, of which we can all be proud! I want to personally thank you for your support as we continue to grow together.
Our Prayer . . .
Lord, we pray that as President of our school district, Jim will be encouraged and raised up to help parents and educators of our schools provide our children with the special nurture and loving atmosphere that will help them discover their gifts and talents. We pray that You will surround our children with Your encouragement and that no feelings of inadequacy, fear, or uncertainty will keep them from becoming the joyful, creative people You desire them to be.
We pray that You will inspire Jim to make our classrooms into places where there is a delight in learning instead of drudgery or dread. We pray for wisdom and discernment to reign in the hearts of all administrator, teachers and their partner parents to safeguard the hearts and minds of these precious young lives you are molding.
